Apprenticeships allow the learner to effectively learn on the job and are therefore also ideal if you have staff who are already working but have few or no qualifications. This training allows them to work more productively and gives them better confidence and motivation to work.
We strive to give all our Apprentices the support they need to succeed, from pre-Apprenticeship Level 1 provision to Advanced Apprenticeship, ensuring they become a great asset to your business.
Beneast works extensively with adults to help them gain new skills through workplace training, helping them make the transition back into work successfully.
