A Health & Social Care Apprenticeship is a combination of on and off the job training and learning. The aim of the intermediate level apprenticeships and advanced level apprenticeships in health and social care is to contribute to building a well-qualified workforce by providing work-based training and development for individuals 16 years and over. 1. 100 per cent funding is available for apprentices aged 16 to 18 years
2. 80% of employers who employ apprentices agree they make their workplace more productive.
