What about money?

 

If your work placement needs you to wear a uniform or use special equipment it will be provided for you. Your travel to and from work placements will also be paid.
Plus! If you are over 16 you might qualify for EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance)

 

What qualifications can I get?

 

You will only be offered qualifications which are suitable to you and at a level you are comfortable with.
This may be an award, a certificate or a diploma. Just look at what you can achieve:-

What do I need to have to apply?

 

No previous qualifications are needed because we have a Beneast Pathway for everyone. We will support you onto your next step; this may be a job with training or an Apprenticeship in your chosen occupation. What Happens Next?

 

There will be an informal interview, which is more like a chat to make sure you get the most suitable help that we have to give. We will give you some advice and guidance on what is on offer and after checking what level you are able to achieve we will then help you decide on a suitable Pathway.

 

After that it’s up to you. The sky’s the limit...

 

Progression?

 

The aim of any Pathway is to offer you choices for your future and progression onto something you want to do which will help you get a job and a career.

 

All young people who are successful on a Pathway are guaranteed an Apprenticeship place and support will be given to you to help you find an employer.

 

You may move on to a college course or you may have the confidence and qualifications now to go on to an Apprenticeship and then into Higher Education. It’s all available to you through a Pathway...
