Simon, who captured the Pirate surprising one the event organisers, was asked who was dressed in the colourful fancy dress but like everyone elso who we asked, no one knew! It would seem that the Pirate in the Park simply appears and disappears at anytime in Stanley Park! So watch out on your next visit!
