Young people from locally based Beneast Training are joining forces with Preston City Council on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th August for a litter pick event to improve Moor Park.

Friday’s Winner of Beneast's Photo in the Park competition is S Sanders from Westmorland Avenue, Blackpool. The winning photograph shows a group of youngsters eating their picnic lunch at Stanley Park's Mega Youth Week.

Keira Threlfall from Branstree Road, Blackpool won Thursdays Photo in the Park competition. Keira's picture of a Stanley Park squirrel was judged to be of near-perfect quality by the judges!

Joshua Bucknall from Bescot Road, Blackpool won Wednesdays photo competition with a wonderful landscape taken of Stanley Park's Lake.

Merovee Marino from Devonshire Road, Blackpool won Tuesdays photo competition with this stunning picture of a minature windmill taken during Blackpool Stanley Park's Mega Youth Week.

Who is the Pirate on the Park?

AN ACTION-PACKED activity week was organised for young people across the Fylde coast and proved a great success! The week, hosted by Lancashire Constabulary, was held between Monday 9 August and Friday 13 August at Stanley Park in Blackpool. The Beneast Training team was in attendance throughout the week and ran a Photo in the Park competition.
