Beneast works extensively with adults to help them gain new
skills through training.
Sometimes this training is particularly aimed at those who
are returning to work, helping them to make the transition successfully.
For others, it’s geared to increasing their current abilities
and expanding their knowledge.
As the largest independent training provider in the area,
Beneast offers a wide range of adult training aimed at employees.
This encompasses two initiatives; Learndirect and Train to
Gain.
Learndirect is taught entirely online, with a vast
range of courses on offer, many of them business-oriented.
Train to Gain is focused on matching a workforce’s
skills needs with appropriate training. A Learning and Skills
Council service, it’s based on the successful Employer
Training Pilots (ETPs). While smaller companies will be able
to access most funding, Train to Gain is available to all employers.
