If you are keen to succeed in the world of work, and you’re not afraid to commit yourself to one or two years of fruitful training, then an apprenticeship is for you.

As an apprentice you’ll work full time – we will find you a job with an employer offering the opportunities that are right for you. You’ll learn on the job, and at the same time you’ll be learning by studying for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) – typically Level 2 and/or Level 3. In addition, all apprentices get the chance to study for technical certificates, which will boost your knowledge and understanding of the job.

So, you’ll have your cake and eat it: you get qualified, get practical hands-on experience – and get paid! Plus you’ll be seriously improving your prospects because you‘ll be developing the right skills for the job you choose.

We have four training centres, two based in Blackpool, one in Fleetwood, and one in St Annes, to provide you with the best learning resources as you train. We’re continually investing in new equipment and facilities for our learners, so everything’s there to pave your way.

We are committed to delivering integrated and supported training for all our learners. You’ll get expert tuition, agree a training plan, and have regular contact with tutors to ensure you‘re making progress.
If you need it, we also have specialist learning support mentors to give one-to-one coaching in areas like literacy and numeracy, vital to helping you achieve your goals.
