Good staff are our insurance!

Auto Indemnity Assurance is an insurance company based in Blackpool.

Kelly Harvey, Auto Indemnity’s Training Officer, says: “Beneast Training Ltd have given us excellent service now for almost five years. They have found for us the right kind of enthusiastic and committed staff. They then work closely with us to ensure that the staff are trained to a professional standard and their customer skills are honed to our requirements.

“You could say that our staff are our business. Without their training, existing and potential customers wouldn’t get the service that we promise them. At present, we have six learners going through training and up to now have had 73 people going through the process.

Nursery a happy place to be

Lucia Telgarska, the manager of Brambley Hedge private nursery, is a great supporter of apprenticeships and has two apprentices working with her.

One apprentice, Summaya Atechia, has recently completed her Level 1 Childcare, and the other, Leannie Ashworth, has already completed her Level 2 and is moving onto Level 3.

Lucia says, “Training has given my colleagues confidence and the knowledge that underpins it. They are bringing new ideas and activities into the nursery and that helps with child behaviour and interaction, which in turn helps to make a happy nursery.”

Who cares about the carers?

We do, at Alexandra Nursing Home, and so does our training provider, Beneast.

That’s why we use Beneast Training Ltd, not only to train our staff but also to find them in the first place. We care for our staff as we care for our guests; they are inextricably linked. We are therefore very proactive in assessing our learners to help them through their award.

We care about everything that has to do with the comfort and enjoyment of life that our guests experience, from the home they all share to the food we prepare. Alexandra Nursing Home is a listed building and as such is graceful and elegant. Our guests enjoy the quiet, rural situation, as well as appetising meals created by our qualified chef, comfortable rooms and conversation with new friends. It’s also a great learning environment for our students.

But at the heart of our business are our staff. Staff trained by us and Beneast to the standards on which we insist and which our guests expect.
