Beneast Training Ltd has a fabulous reputation for top quality
training, developed with passion and dedication over the past
20 years and more.
Founded in March 1983 Beneast opened for business in St Annes
with three staff and just 11 trainees delivering motor vehicle
apprenticeships.
Over the next few years, we moved several times in pursuit of
larger premises. We successfully took over Wyre Training Services
of St Anne’s and centralised operations, moving to Talbot
Roads, Blackpool. We modernised them so they were fit for purpose – learning.
In 2003 Beneast won the e2e contract for the area and opened
a new suite of offices in Stanley Road, designed and purpose-built
for our e2e learners. We also opened new offices in Carleton
Court, Fleetwood to extend the e2e provision across the Fylde.
Since 2003 we’ve gained further contracts including ETP’s
Train to Gain, ESF projects and Young Apprentices, not forgetting
the new learndirect contract for which we’ve built a dedicated
learning centre.
Today, our headquarters remain handily located on Coleridge Road,
off Talbot Road in central Blackpool. Our other purpose-built
training centres are in Stanley Road, Blackpool, on St Alban’s
Road in St Annes and at Lord Street and Carleton Court in Fleetwood.
So from 11 trainees we now have over 700, and we’re still
growing, delivering quality training to young people and adults
throughout the Fylde.
Beneast offers a comprehensive portfolio of both government
funded courses and commercial training for employers, schools,
and learners of all ages. Working with organisations of all sizes,
from national companies to small locally based businesses, we’re
now the biggest independent training provider in the area.
Beneast’s learners also benefit from our excellent links
with over 750 local employers, including an impressive collection
of household names like Gold Medal Travel, Auto Indemnity, Fylde
Borough Council and Blackpool Council. It’s not unknown
for our learners to find themselves members of those highly successful
teams.
Our employers have a high regard for the standard of training
that Beneast offers and share our commitment to providing quality
training while at work. Just as in 1983, we’re dedicated
to working together with our partners to help learners fulfil
their potential.
